How are your tins printed and made?
In addition to using tin we are also able to manufacture cardboard “tins.” Both 100% recyclable.
 
The print process we use fuses the ink into the surface and ensures that your design won’t fade, peel away, or scratch off. This ensures that your designs stay bright, vibrant and permanent.
 
We can manufacture virtually any shaped tin box to fit your product – straight or curved edges, you name it. If we don’t have the mould on hand then we can produce a unique custom mould to your exact requirements.
 
We deliver custom-made tins from orders of as few as 1,000 units.

Each individual tin is packed in a poly bag and placed between cardboard box inserts inside an export box and shipped to our warehouse or your doorstep. We are able to accommodate any special packing requests, just let us know what you need.
 
From final design, plan on 4 to 5 weeks for manufacturing. Depending on the method chosen -air or sea freight, delivery would be 1-6 weeks for your custom manufactured tin packaging to your door. For certain seasonal custom tin packaging there may be a longer lead-time, please contact us well in advance so we can help you plan and execute your project.
